Creating jobs for people with disabilities.

At SourceAmerica our mission is to connect people with disabilities to meaningful employment within nonprofit agencies (NPAs) that fulfill products and services contracts for federal agencies. These organizations are committed to increasing economic and social inclusion for people with disabilities


In support of this mission, we have a long and proud history of hiring US veterans. We recognize veterans’ unique skills and strong work ethic and have seen firsthand their invaluable contributions to the workforce. Our employment opportunities are ideal for veterans with federal procurement, contract management, accounting, business development, or customer service experience.

Flexible work.
We offer hybrid and remote work models, depending on the job requirements of the position and your proximity to our offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, or the Washington, DC area. This way, you can either work in the office two to three days per week or full-time at home.
